Refund policy

The short version

Cancel during the 3-day free trial and you pay nothing. Ask within 14 days of your first charge (on either plan, including the first charge after a trial) or within 14 days of a yearly renewal, and you get a full refund, no reason needed. A monthly renewal can be refunded within 48 hours of the charge. You can cancel online at any time.

Free trial

The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. We email you 1 day before it ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

Your first charge

If AdmissionOdds is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. This covers the first charge after a trial and the first charge of a monthly plan.

Renewals

We email you 30 days and 7 days before each yearly renewal. If a yearly renewal still catches you by surprise, ask within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. A monthly renewal can be refunded within 48 hours of the charge.

After these windows, payments are not refunded. You can still cancel at any time so you are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask

Email support@admissionodds.com from the address on your account, or reply to your Creem receipt. You do not need to give a reason. If something looks wrong on your statement, write to us before you dispute the charge with your bank: it is faster.

Creem, our merchant of record, sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

When we refund a payment, we also cancel the subscription, and the access from that payment ends at once. If a second subscription was started by mistake, we cancel it and refund it in full.

Cancel online at any time in your account settings, or email support@admissionodds.com and we cancel it for you. The terms explain what happens next.

EU, EEA and UK

In the EU, the EEA and the UK, the law gives consumers 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because your access starts right away, checkout asks you to agree to that and to acknowledge that it limits your right of withdrawal. This policy still gives you a full refund within 14 days of your first charge and within 14 days of each yearly renewal.

Your legal rights

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), the merchant of record for all our orders. Creem processes refunds under this policy and Creem’s buyer terms.

This policy adds to the rights you have under consumer law where you live; it never takes them away.
